Conditions of Use at Long Gully Splash Park
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:
- Inappropriate, foul language and aggressive behaviour are not permitted.
- Please respect the rights of others.
- No animals may be brought into the splash area (except assistance dogs).
- Adults/carers are responsible for those under their supervision, and we recommend that you consider whether to allow children to enter the park unaccompanied. We strongly recommend that all children under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct, while on our premises. - Children aged 5 years and under need to be supervised within arms reach from in the pools at all times.
- Children aged 6 to 14 years need to be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Suitable swimwear must be worn. Articles of clothing such as street-wear, underwear, denim, bike pants and casual wear are not recommended.
- Only recognised waterproof aqua-nappies are to be worn in the water for infants.
- Glass objects or alcohol are not permitted.
- Please adhere to the safety signage around the splash park area.
- Waiver and Release of Liability: Please acknowledge that when you are on the premises, both your property and person shall be at your own risk and shall not hold the park or its employees liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may arise from any cause.
